Breyer Wars Round 3: Lady C VS Lil Ricky Rocker!

This post’s contestants are duh duh duh are Lady C VS Lil Ricky Rocker!

Recap of the last post. Our last post was Lady C V.S. Zenyatta. Lady C somehow beat the lovely Zenyatta!

Today I decided to face Lady C against Lil Ricky Rocker!
Lil Ricky Rocker is an Appaloosa in the Zippo Pine Bar mold! He is so adorable and I would love to add him to my collection! Luckily he will be available at breyerfest and he is still sold on Breyer.com (I’ll link it down below).
I like Lil Ricky Rocker a lot, he is very adorable and cute. Plus, Breyer did a very good job on his coloring.
People say he stands very good and has excellant coloring! Personally I have seen him in real life and fell in love with him. The only reason I didn’t buy him was because I fell in love with Zenyatta too!
Only Con: People say that he is not very realistic which I can agree with that.

But I did find something about Lady C:Her legs are very very fragile!!! And is very hard not to do the ‘domino affect’.
I think that sadly, Lady C lost. Congratulations to Lil Ricky Rocker for winning!!!! :) :)

Breyer Wars Round 2: Lady C VS Zenyatta

Yay! This is round two of the Breyer Wars! So let’s get started.

The Horse from the last round who won, was the lovely Lady C! Here is just a backup on Lady C!

Lady C is in the Bluegrass Bandit mold and she is a black pinto. She was the breyerfest 2013 Store Special. There was no big flaws with her. She was pretty much perfect! I liked her a lot and she is really stunning, she was really popular and sold out very super duper fast!

Her Opponent today is the stunning Zenyatta!
Zenyatta the breyer model not the real racehorse. But this Zenyatta is based off the racehorse of course!
So this Zenyatta is in the Lonesome Glory Mold. Her model was released in 2010 and is still available to buy on Breyer.com some of her have dapples and their are many variations of her from very light bay to basically black.
People have said about Zenyatta, that she doesn’t stand well. But she has been also known to get warped legs a lot.

Our winner for this round?
Lady C again!

Ryman VS: Lady C Round 1 of Breyer Wars

So before I get into this, I am going to explain Breyer Wars. If you remember, for my first post I did Sam VS Snowman. But here’s what I am going to do. Whatever horse wins the round will go onto the next round to face the next competitor.Simple enough? Good, let’s begin.

The horse going up first is Ryman. Ryman is a Glossy Dappled Gray American Saddlebred. He is in the American Saddlebred Stallion mold and he only comes glossy. He was one of the special runs for Breyerfest 2013. The main problem with Ryman is his eyes.
Ryman’s eyes are really creepy.  They are like bulging and staring at you. This was the main complaint about Ryman. Plus the other main complaint was that for a glossy horse he scratches very very easily.
Overall though, I think Ryman would make a very nice horse, but maybe not so much for showing.

His competitior the lovely Lady C.
Lady C is a paint mare in the bluegrass bandit mold, she was a store special for Breyerfest 2013. She I believe was the most popular buy out of all of the store specials in 2013. She is really stunning and I want her so bad. I didn’t think they would ever make a paint horse in this mold. Actually many people thought this mold was retired, and no one was really expecting this. I love Lady C so much! She is so adorable. Lady C is a black pinto.
I think though Lady C wins this round. There has been no big factory flaws with her. She is perfect. She is just a perfect little angel!

Breyerfest 2014 Review 1

So hey what’s up? I know I haven’t posted in like forever.
So in this post I am going to review Breyerfest 2014!

Breyer announced in January that the Celebration Horse is going to be Gooitzen Fan Teasky, that’s how I think you spell it. That’s definatley a mouthful. Gootizen is in the Goffert mold and he is pure black. I personally don’t like the Goffert mold just because it is very un-realistic. But that’s my opinon.

Champagne Toast is the Special Run model for three day tickets. He is in the Adidos mold, I believe and is a gold and white paint. I like him a bit, but i’m not going to Breyerfest 2014 sadly.

The Two store specials are Athos and Paddyington’s Mark of Distinction. Athos is pure white and is in a mold that I do not know. Paddyington’s Mark is a paint horse in the American Saddlebred Stallion mold. I adore him! He is so pretty! I want him so bad. But I love the American Saddlebred Stallion mold. I have Noel and Harmony in that mold.

The Guest Horses attending Breyerfest will be.
Of course Gootizen Fan whatever, since he is the Celebration Horse. But also Athos will be there. And by the way Athos is white. If I didn’t already mention that.

Magic and Hamlet the mini horses will be there. Magic and Hamlet are already up for sale on breyer.com though. So if you want them, you can go ahead and buy them.

Lil Ricky Rocker will be there. Ricky has been on breyer.com for a while though and he is an appaloosa. He is in the Zippo Pine Bar mold.

Paddyington’s Mark of Distinction will be there! I hope there will be a lot of pictures of him online!

Totilas

The Totilas mold was released in 2013, with right now only two horses in it. Of which only one is available to the entire public and is listed on breyerhorses.com. That horse is Totilas.

Totilas is black with four white socks and he is currently avilable to purchuse. He is a dressage super star, and in my opinion very adorable. But for people who do not like their breyers on stands, he would not be the horse for them.

The other horse in this mold is Bluebird, who is a star dappled gray. He was a Breyerfest Benefit Raffel prize, 25 were made of him for that. Plus an extra one of him were made for the Breyerfest Live Auction.
